Templating

One of our fitters will attend site at a pre-arranged date and time and will carry out the template of the worktops or splashbacks. The template can be carried out using cordex plastic or a our digital Faro template machine.

All areas to which stone is to be installed should be ready and in final position prior to templating.

Please ensure all units and appliances are:

  • Level
  • Fixed Together
  • Secured to wall or floor
  • Plastered (walls)

All existing worktops whether temporary or otherwise, should be removed.

In addition, all existing sinks, taps and hobs should be removed.

Bowls

Over mounted sinks to be on site (for measurement)
Under mounted sinks to be on site

Taps

Taps to be on site.
Tap position to be confirmed on site.

Hobs

Hob to be on site for measurement.

Stone System of London Lead the way when it comes to business initiatives

Industry Award

Stone system of London is proud to announce it has won the inaugural "Business Initiative award" presented by Natural Stone Specialist Magazine, the main stone industry publication and sponsored by Waters group.
The award was presented by Eric Bignell the editor of Natural stone specialist magazine earlier this year at our Woking headquarters.
This award recognises the efforts and achievements of Stone System of London to raise it's profile in the market place and grow more sales.
Since a management buyout by from Spanish giants Cosentino in 2010, the now privately owned Stone System has strengthened it's presence with a number of commercial initiatives such as the new website, a new architectural division headed up by Ian Luzmore and a new purpose designed Showroom located at our headquarters in Woking, which showcases many of our products and capabilities.
